Residential Report Writing, Florida Laws & Rules

Florida Law and Rules including Roles/Responsibilities of Supervisors and Trainees. Students will have a full understanding of qualifying requirements and the regulation of appraisers by the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. National USPAP Course

Our course materials consist of a bank of sample test questions, a complete answer key and explanations for all questions, and a math supplement with formulas and calculator keystrokes (Hewlett-Packard 12C). The course is entirely maintained online where all materials are kept up to date and relevant for the national qualifying examination. Separate examination materials are provided for Certified Residential Appraiser Candidates and Certified General Appraiser Candidates. Access to the course does not expire. Our students will have access to the course and all periodic updates until they earn their certification.
