National USPAP Course - Live Class
15 Hours -

The National 15-Hour USPAP Course has been mandated by the Appraisal Foundation and adopted by Florida statute to be completed prior to becoming a Trainee, State-Certified Residential or State Certified General Appraiser. This course should be used to complete your precertification education requirements. The 15-Hour National USPAP Course must be completed as part of the post-licensing education requirement for trainee appraisers. A copy of the 2010-2011 USPAP is included in the tuition for this course.
