General Appraiser Income Capitalization - Live Class

The General Appraiser Income Capitalization Course consists of the basics of non-residential property appraisal in the use of income capitalization techniques. The course consists of discussion and applications of theory, data collection, direct capitalization and yield capitalization techniques. Our General Appraiser Income Capitalization Course complies with the new AQB requirement for 60 hours of income capitalization education for certified general appraiser candidates. Our course tuition includes all of the required course materials and end of course examination.
You may receive 20 hours of elective continuing education credit for the completion of this course if you are taking the course for the purpose of advancing to another level of Florida's appraiser program.
