Real Estate Education Specialists is a real estate school, owned and operated by Steve Williamson, training successful Real Estate Professionals since 1990. Steve Williamson brings to the classroom 27 years of real estate training experience. Steve has been licensed as a Florida State Certified General Appraiser Instructor since 1989 and Florida Real Estate School Instructor since 1979.

Steve's additional qualifications include:
- Participated with Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the Florida Appraisal Project in the development and review of test items for the Florida State Examination for Certification of Appraisers.
- Wrote test items for the Florida State Examination for Certification of Appraisers under contract with the University of Central Florida.
- Trainer for the Florida Bureau of Investigative Services.
- Served on the Florida Real Estate Commission Task Force for the development of effective Real Estate Instructor Continuing Education Courses.
- Developed the Instructor Manual and Final Examination for the textbook Essentials of Real Estate Investment on behalf of Dearborn Publishers.
