Online Prep Course - This online course has helped thousands to achieve passing scores on their appraiser qualifying examination. Once enrolled in our prep course, you have unlimited access to the course materials and all periodic updates. You are welcome to enroll online. Sales Associate License Course - Our new HYBRID Sales Associate Course is an automated, internet-based course designed to meet all of the education requirements to qualify as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. In addition to the online internet-based program that may be completed at your home or office at times convenient to you, we also conduct monthly live review sessions with an instructor that you may attend at your option. The instructor will answer all of your questions to insure that no student is left behind. Broker License Course - This is the course required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to be completed to qualify as a real estate broker. This 72 hour course conducted online offers the easiest and most efficient way to satisfy the education requirements for your Florida real estate broker license. A broker applicant must have held an active sales associate license for 24 months within the preceeding five years before applying for the broker state exam. Sales Associate Post-License Course - Real estate sales associates must complete the 45 hour post licensing education requirement prior to the initial renewal of the license.
